Every message is read by a person who actually builds. Billing and account problems get picked up first, then bugs, then everything else. If you write from an address other than the one on your account, mention which one it is.

How do I get started?
Create an account. It is free to start and needs no credit card. The onboarding wizard walks you through setting up your first project.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is nothing to cancel yet, because paid plans are not open and no one is being billed. When subscriptions launch you will be able to cancel and stop future charges.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your project data, photos and documents are private to your account. We never sell or share your data. Read the Privacy Policy.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. ownerbuildhq.com is fully mobile-responsive and works well on your phone or tablet, which is where most of it gets used. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap, but there is not one today.
Can I export my data?
Expense data exports as a QuickBooks-compatible CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Export is a paid feature though, and since checkout is not open yet it is not reachable on a new account. More export formats are on the list, so tell us what you need.
What if I need help with the actual building process?
We are builders too. The Construction Guides inside the app cover all 10 phases with step-by-step advice, common mistakes and pro tips. For complex questions, the r/Homebuilding community on Reddit is an incredible resource.
