How do I get started?

Create an account. It is free to start and needs no credit card. The onboarding wizard walks you through setting up your first project.

Can I cancel anytime?

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. While your payments are up to date, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Within 7 days of your first payment, email support@ownerbuildhq.com for a full refund. We also cancel the subscription, and Pro access ends. See the Refund Policy in our Terms of Service.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your project data, photos and documents are private to your account. We never sell or share your data. Read the Privacy Policy.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. ownerbuildhq.com is fully mobile-responsive and works well on your phone or tablet, which is where most of it gets used. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap, but there is not one today.

Can I export my data?

Expense data exports as a QuickBooks-compatible CSV, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Export is free on every plan, including the free plan after your trial ends. More export formats are on the list, so tell us what you need.

What if I need help with the actual building process?

We are builders too. The Construction Guides inside the app cover all 10 phases with step-by-step advice, common mistakes and pro tips. For complex questions, the r/Homebuilding community on Reddit is an incredible resource.
