A new account starts on a 14 day trial with every paid module unlocked, and no card is collected anywhere in the app, so nothing here can charge you. When the trial ends those modules lock and the account carries on with the free plan below. You can view and set your total project budget from Settings either way; tracking expenses against it is one of the paid modules.

Can I pay for a plan today?
Not yet. Checkout is not live, so nothing on this page can be purchased right now. The prices above are what the monthly and annual plans will cost when billing opens.
What do I get if I create an account now?
The free plan: one build project, unlimited Tasks, and every Phase Guide, plus you can view and set your total project budget from Settings. Materials, Permits, Punch List, Documents, Contractors, Calendar, Daily Log, expense tracking, AI receipt scanning, AI voice-to-task logging, Draw Packages, and CSV export are paid features. A new account gets 14 days with all of them unlocked. When that runs out they lock, and because checkout is not live yet there is currently no way to unlock them again.
Will I be charged without warning when billing opens?
No. There is no payment method on file because there is nowhere to enter one. Nothing can be charged to you until you go through a checkout that does not exist yet.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Only the billing cadence. Both plans are the same product with the same features; annual billing saves $180/year (about $24.92/month vs $39.99/month).
What happens to my data?
It stays in your account. We are not deleting projects, logs or photos to push anyone onto a paid plan.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and stored in Supabase with row-level security policies so your project rows are only readable by your account. We do not sell your data.
