Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No! Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you create an account — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature. At the end of the trial, you can choose the monthly or annual plan to continue.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, your account and all your data will remain safe — you just won't be able to add new entries or access certain features until you subscribe. We will never delete your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No hassle, no questions.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Both plans include exactly the same features. Annual billing saves you $180/year (about $24.99/month vs $39.99/month). Annual subscribers also get priority support and PDF/Excel export. We recommend annual if you know you have a build coming up.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at support@ownerbuildhq.com and we will issue a prorated refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase with row-level security so only you can access your project data. We never sell your data to third parties.
